...because there sure are a lot of February birthdays in our family!!
We celebrated dad's birthday this past weekend, with a nice family gathering at the parentals. Since his FILM camera is older than the hills, we all chipped in for a new digital one, simplest we could find. Knowing his love for new technology, it's a 50/50 shot if the camera sticks around or we have to go on a crazy top secret mission in search of one that, sigh, still requires FILM. (Note how much it has come down in price by clicking on the word in the previous sentence). The festivities were fun but not nearly as exciting as last year when Pam was in labor during his party, bringing us to our next birthday celebration - Happy 1st Birthday Natalie Ann!!! We will be celebrating in true 1 yr old fashion this weekend, which means lots of pictures with cake and icing smeared over everything in arms reach. And not to be outdone, cousin Ava made her (early) entrance into the world the day after Natalie - Happy 1st Birthday Ava!
