Yesterday was Emma's 2nd Birthday. Byron and Ryan were looking at old pictures this weekend and it's hard to believe how young Ry looked back then and how round and bald Emma was! She is losing much of her 'baby fat' and is growing like crazy. Her attitude, it seems, grows with her :). She certainly is very head strong and opinionated and really keeps up with her big brother. It was a gross day with the rain and wind, and we were all tired from the wedding so we just hung out. We had cake and presents after dinner and Emma was thrilled! She loved the Tickle Me Elmo and her princess dress and Hello Kitty backpack. Her favorites were the pretend hair & make-up kit from Ryan (she loved painting toes), and her new Princess scooter. Now she can ride with all the boys in the neighborhood! Ryan also made her a very nice beaded necklace and a card - what a good big brother!
